DO. Arrive on time for your class, we run a tight schedule so we will be starting promptly.
DO. Bring some water, to stay hydrated during your class.
DO. Wear comfortable and moveable clothing, gym wear is great, skirts not so much (hehe).
So gym attire is great!
DO. Let us know if you have any recent or old injuries or niggles, we can adapt and give you extra support during your class.
DO. keep any Inhalers or any medications you might need in an emergency close to hand and let the instructor know.
DO. Clean your carriage after use, so it is ready for the next client to use.
We have sanitiser spray and cloths for you to do this.
DO. Tie your hair back to keep it away from the straps and springs that could lead to an injury.
We sell spare hair ties should you need one.
DONT. Forget your grippy socks, this is for health, safety and hygiene reasons, without any socks you will need to purchase some to take part or you will have to miss your class. We don't want that so a spare pair in the car is a handy tip!
