Active Air Instructor Training

Aerial fitness has now long been a firm fixture in the fitness world and we have seen more and more studios offering classes and courses for children.

But with what knowledge base of the early years? Are instructors expected to adapt classes with no training on the early years and how to provide relevant warm-ups, activities and class content that will be developmentally appropriate for the age group.

We have also recently seen performing arts and gymnastic schools offering 'kids Circus' without any aerial certifications leaving a lot of grey area between these very different schools and disciplines.

With our target age of 0-8, across our two courses we can safely bring aerials to the early years, specialising in developmental milestones and appropriate lessons for the age group.

At Active Air we have been teaching children's aerial classes for over 9 years and our experience with class content and training has been well developed and fine-tuned over this time.

We decided it was time that there were courses that were available to instructors and studio owners that will will give you the confidence to teach the early years and importantly confidently, appropriately and will allow you to obtain the relevant insurance.

We currently have 2 course available
