Flexibility Training

Our Flexibility Training classes teach you the correct and safe techniques to enhance your flexibility and take it to the next level. 

By increasing this joint range of motion, performance may be enhanced and the risk of injury reduced.

This weekly class will safely progress your flexibility and help you achieve the splits and active flexibility to assist with Pole and Aerials.
